Job Title: Team Lead – Sales & Loan Operations

Experience Required:

• 1 to 2 years in sales, personal loans, LTF (Loan Transfer Facility) process, collections, and two-wheeler loan operations.

Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai.

Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹23,000 in hand per month

Working Days:

• Monday to Saturday

• Sunday fixed off

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team of sales executives to achieve monthly loan disbursement targets

• Drive sales for personal loans and two-wheeler loans through field visits and tele-calling

• Oversee the LTF process and ensure smooth documentation and customer onboarding

• Monitor and manage loan collection activities, ensuring timely recovery and follow-ups

• Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, compliance, and customer handling

• Maintain MIS reports and share daily updates with management

  Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of loan products (especially personal and two-wheeler loans)

• Familiarity with LTF and collection procedures

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team

• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM tools)

Qualifications:

• Minimum: Graduate in any discipline

• Preferred: MBA or Diploma in Finance/Sales
