Job Description

Lead and motivate a team within the sales voice domain, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds performance targets. Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering an environment of continuous improvement. • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive team performance. Regularly monitor team metrics and provide constructive feedback to ensure goals are achieved.• Facilitate career progression for team members by identifyingdevelopment needs, offering coaching, and supporting theirprofessional growth within the organization.• Handle change management requests by raising them promptlyand following through to ensure successful implementationacross the team.• Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimalguidance, efficiently managing tasks and responsibilities toachieve team objectives.• Exhibit strong self-motivation and initiative, actively seekingopportunities to enhance the team's performance and addresschallenges proactively.• Possess excellent people management skills, including conflictresolution, team building, and fostering a positive andcollaborative team culture.• Ensure all team members are well-versed in their Key ResultAreas (KRAs) and understand their roles and responsibilitieswithin the team.• Collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholdersto streamline processes and enhance team productivity.• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and bestpractices to ensure the team remains competitive and innovativein its approach.Job Responsibilities:• Experience in the insurance sales domain, with a demonstratedunderstanding of industry-specific challenges and opportunities.• Proven track record of successfully managing and developinghigh-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment.
