Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader to lead and manage a team of customer service/sales professionals and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the team to achieve daily/monthly targets.

• Monitor team performance, productivity, and quality of calls.

• Handle escalations and resolve customer-related issues effectively.

• Conduct regular team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews.

• Track individual and team KPIs and prepare performance reports.

• Support the team in achieving sales and customer service objectives.

• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader in BPO, Customer Service, Telecalling, or Sales.

• Strong team-handling and people-management skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Target-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Experience in handling KPIs, performance tracking, and team escalations.
