We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-Hiring Team (10–15 members) for delivery rider recruitment.

Role: Team Leader – Tele Hiring (Delivery Riders)
Location: Manimajra Chandigarh Landmark- Near Baba Garment Busstand
Experience: 2–5 years (Team handling experience in BPO / Telecalling / RPO preferred)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 + Incentives (Based on Team Target)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and motivate a team of tele-recruiters for rider hiring.

• Achieve team hiring targets and milestone-based goals.

• Monitor daily performance and reporting.

• Coordinate with management for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years team handling experience.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Target-oriented with a proven track record.

• Expert-level skills in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.).

• Ability to handle team project delivery and milestone tracking.
