Handle and manage a team of telesales executives

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly loan targets

Guide team on personal loan / business loan / home loan sales

Monitor calls, performance, and productivity of team members

Provide regular training, motivation, and feedback to the team

Maintain MIS reports and share performance updates with management

Ensure compliance with company policies and process guidelines
