Generate leads through outbound calling, referrals, and digital platforms
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan products
Explain loan features such as interest rates, tenure, eligibility, and documentation
Pre-qualify customers based on eligibility criteria
Follow up with prospects to ensure conversion
Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations) for smooth loan processing
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
