Job Title: BPO Sales Team Leader – Loan Process

Job Description:

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Team Leader for our Loan Process - BPO vertical. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling a sales team and must be well-versed with unsecured/business/personal loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Tele Sales Executives focused on loan sales (unsecured/personal/business loans).

• Assign daily/weekly targets to team members and ensure achievement of team KPIs.

• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, feedback, and training where necessary.

• Ensure high conversion rates by improving call quality and sales pitch.

• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth loan processing and documentation.

• Generate daily sales reports and update management on team performance.

• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries if required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in loan sales (BPO/Tele Sales background preferred).

• Prior team handling experience is a strong advantage.

• Good knowledge of unsecured loan products and documentation.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

• Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Salary: Based on experience and performance.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Preference will be given to candidates who come with an experienced team.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
