Bpo Team Leader

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 40 employees to achieve targets and KPIs.

• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and conduct regular performance reviews.

• Ensure timely resolution of queries, issues, and escalations.

• Train and onboard new team members.

• Motivate and mentor team members to enhance productivity and engagement.

• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and achieve business objectives.

• Maintain reports on team performance, attendance, and targets.

• Identify gaps in team performance and implement corrective measures.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or in a similar role.

• Strong leadership and people management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations effectively.

• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.

• Familiarity with [industry-specific tools/software, e.g., CRM, Excel, ERP, etc.].

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.
