Shift Timings : 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Lead, guide, and motivate team members to achieve set goals.

• Monitor daily operations and ensure adherence to company policies.

• Track and review team performance with regular reporting.

• Coordinate with management to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Provide training, mentoring, and support to team members.

• Handle escalations and resolve client or operational issues.

• Ensure achievement of targets within deadlines.

• Drive team productivity while maintaining quality standards.
