Bpo Team Leader

We are looking for a dedicated Team Leader/Sr. Team Leader with expertise in the Tele-sales (prefer motor insurance telesales) to join our team at
iLeads Auxiliary Services Pvt Ltd in Gurgaon, located at 249, Sector-19, Udyog Vihar, Gurgaon.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships towards sales closer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.

• Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 2 years of Team handling experience in Telesales process and should be proficient in team handling.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 3 - 6 years of experience.
