We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales to manage and drive a team in a fast-paced BPO sales environment. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, sales expertise, team handling capabilities, and the ability to achieve business targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure productivity standards are maintained.
Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and performance reviews.
Support team members in handling customer objections and closing sales effectively.
Sales & Target Achievement
Drive revenue generation and ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Track individual and team KPIs including conversions, productivity, and revenue performance.
Implement sales strategies and process improvements to maximize performance.
Ensure adherence to sales processes and quality standards.
Training & Development
Provide on-the-job coaching, mentoring, and guidance to team members.
Identify training needs and coordinate with training teams for skill enhancement.
Help new joiners understand sales processes, products, and customer handling techniques.
Process & Quality Management
Monitor calls and customer interactions to maintain service quality.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines.
Maintain accurate reporting and MIS related to team performance.
Customer Handling
Resolve escalations and support the team in managing difficult customer situations.
Ensure positive customer experience and relationship management.

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 2 Years of Experience as a Sales Team Leader in BPO
Graduation is Mandatory
Strong experience in handling sales teams and achieving targets
Immediate joiners preferred
