Job Summary:

ELD Nexa Technologies LLP is looking for an experienced Team Leader – ELD Sales to lead and manage our sales team. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience specifically in ELD (Electronic Logging Device) sales team handling and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and monitor the performance of the ELD Sales Team.

• Drive the team towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Monitor individual and overall team performance.

• Coach, motivate, and support team members to improve sales performance and closures.

• Handle team-level queries, escalations, and operational challenges.

• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.

• Maintain sales reports and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
  

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of ELD Sales Team Leading experience is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of the ELD sales process and US market.

• Proven experience in managing sales targets and team performance.

• Strong communication, leadership, and people-management skills.

• Must be currently based in Kolkata.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

• Candidates must be comfortable working from our Sector V office on a fixed night shift.
