🔹 Now Hiring – Team Leader (International BPO – Thane West | Night Shift)

DFS Technologies LLP is looking for an experienced Team Leader for our International Lead Generation Process (US Shift).

📍 Location: Thane (West)

💰 Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (Fixed, no incentives)

🕒 Shift Timing: 7:30 PM to 5:00 AM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Friday (Sat-Sun Off)

🎓 Qualification: HSC and above

💼 Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Team Leader role (International BPO preferred)

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of lead generation executives

Monitor targets and ensure performance

Provide training, guidance, and regular feedback

Handle escalations and ensure quality

Maintain attendance and discipline within the team

🔸 Requirements:

Excellent English communication

Strong leadership & team management skills

Experience in US shift and lead generation process preferred

Ability to meet deadlines and motivate team performance
