Lead and manage a team of Tele Sales Executives.
Monitor daily calling activities and ensure productivity targets are achieved.
Coach and mentor team members to improve sales performance and conversion rates.
Track individual and team KPIs, including calls made, conversions, revenue, and productivity.
Conduct daily team huddles to review targets, performance, and action plans.
Ensure accurate follow-up and timely closure of customer leads.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and issue resolution.
Train and onboard new team members on products, sales processes, and CRM usage.
Maintain discipline, attendance, and adherence to company policies.
Identify opportunities to improve team performance and customer experience.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and team management skills.

Experience in tele sales, inside sales, or call center sales.
Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve targets.
Good knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Excel.
