Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Team Leader to lead and manage the daily operations of our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces, leading a team of 15–20 members, driving operational excellence, and ensuring business growth across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 15–20 E-commerce Executives, ensuring productivity and performance.
Allocate daily tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Oversee product listing, catalog management, inventory updates, pricing, and order processing across Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Ensure marketplace compliance and maintain excellent seller account health.
Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to increase revenue.
Resolve escalated marketplace issues, catalog errors, and operational challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams, including warehouse, logistics, customer support, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations.
Analyze sales reports, marketplace performance, and operational KPIs to improve efficiency.
Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve workflow and service quality.
Stay updated with marketplace policies, industry trends, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in E-commerce Operations.
At least 2 years of experience leading a team of 15–20 members.
Hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and Meesho Supplier Panel is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of product listing, catalog management, inventory control, pricing, and order management.
Excellent leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional certifications in E-commerce or Digital Marketing are an advantage.
