Position: Telesales Team Leader – Banking Products

Location: Andheri West (2-3 minute walk from the railway station)

Work Schedule: Fixed Sunday Off

We are hiring an experienced Telesales Team Leader with a proven track record in managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Requirements:

• English proficiency is mandatory

• Location: Andheri West only

• Must have 2 to 4 years of team leading experience in telesales

• Undergraduates can apply

• Preferred candidates: Those with experience in BPOs such as Athena, Eureka, or sectors like telecom, collections, or banking sales

• Fixed Sunday off

Responsibilities:

• Lead a telesales team focused on selling banking products

• Set, monitor, and achieve sales targets

• Train and motivate team members for performance and growth

• Track productivity and prepare daily/weekly reports

• Work closely with management to improve sales strategies
