🔹 Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Team Leader with a background in Collections (BPO) to join our growing team in Hebbal.

🔸 Key Responsibilities:

Manage a team of collection agents, guiding and motivating them to achieve targets

Monitor daily performance, track collection metrics, and ensure KPIs are met

Conduct team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews

Handle escalations and ensure proper resolution of customer issues

Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management

Ensure compliance with collection policies and company guidelines

🔸 Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in Collections (preferably NBFC/BPO background)

Graduate in any stream

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English

Proven leadership and team management abilities

Good knowledge of MS Office and collection tools/software
