🔶 Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to guide, mentor, and manage our sales team in promoting digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets in the digital marketing industry.

🔶 Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives.

• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.

• Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

• Monitor team performance and provide guidance for improvement.

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Drive new client acquisition for digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Branding, Website Development, etc.).

• Help the team in closing high-value deals.

• Ensure achievement of team and individual sales targets.

• Prepare sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.

Client Handling & Coordination

• Understand client requirements and align them with company offerings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Coordinate with the digital marketing and operations team for smooth onboarding.

Reporting & Analysis

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

• Analyze lead pipeline and suggest improvements.

• Keep management updated with sales forecasts and performance metrics.

🔶 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in sales; experience in digital marketing / advertising industry preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to train and motivate the sales team.

• Good negotiation & closing skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing services and industry trends.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict targets.

• CRM and lead management experience is a plus.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
