Employment Type: Full Time About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Team Leader to drive loan sales for Personal Loan, OD Facility, and Business Loan products. The TL will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives, achieving monthly targets, ensuring quality sourcing, and maintaining compliance with bank/NBFC norms .

Key Responsibilities.

Team Leadership & Target Achievement: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6-10 Loan Sales Executives Set daily/weekly/monthly targets for PL, OD, and Business Loan Monitor team performance, conduct daily huddles and Ensure 100% achievement of team and individual targets.

Sales & Business Development Drive : Sourcing of new leads through direct, channel partners, DSA, and referrals Support team in closing high-ticket Business Loans and OD cases Ensure proper product pitching as per customer eligibility and requirement Maintain strong relationships with Bank/NBFC CPs and internal credit team. Process & Quality Control Ensure 100% documentation as per policy - KYC, Income, Bank statements Track applications from login to disbursement and minimize drop-offs Maintain TAT, quality, and zero tolerance for fraud/misrepresentation Ensure proper CRM updates and daily reporting. Compliance & Reporting Adhere to RBI, Bank and Company credit policies Prepare MIS reports.
Login, disbursement, conversion, rejection analysis Conduct product training and sales pitch training for new joiners required Skills & Qualifications Education: Graduation mandatory. MBA in Sales/Finance preferred Experience: 3-6 years in Loan Sales with min 1 year as TL/Sr. Executive.

Product Knowledge: Must have handled Personal Loan, Business Loan,OD Facility Targets, Proven track record of achieving monthly disbursement targets Skills, Team management, Field sales, Negotiation, Communication, CRM handling .
