We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Business Loans to lead a sales team, drive business loan disbursements, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Loan Sales Executives.
Drive business loan sourcing, customer acquisition, and disbursement targets.
Generate leads through direct sales, referrals, and market visits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and customers.
Ensure proper documentation and coordination with credit, operations, and underwriting teams.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Train team members on products, sales processes, and customer handling.
Develop strategies to increase business volume and improve team productivity.
