Bpo Team Leader(Insurance)

We are looking for a Team Leadership Insurance to join our team at Sidh Solutions The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of ₹20000 to 40000 (depends upon the last salary )

KRA – Team Leader (Insurance Sales)

1. Sales & Business Development

• Drive outbound sales process for insurance products.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

• Ensure conversion of leads into policies through effective follow-ups and team performance.

2. Lead Generation & Management

• Oversee daily lead generation activities and assign leads to team members.

• Ensure effective utilization and timely follow-up of generated leads.

• Maintain quality of leads by monitoring conversion ratios.

3. Team Handling & Performance

• Manage, train, and motivate a team of telecallers/relationship managers.

• Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs (calls, leads, sales).

• Provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity and closing skills.

4. Data & Process Management

• Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance in CRM/Excel.

• Monitor call reports, lead status, and sales MIS regularly.

• Analyze data for identifying gaps and improvement areas.

5. Compliance & Quality

• Ensure team follows company guidelines, compliance, and regulatory standards in the insurance process.

• Monitor calls to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

6. Reporting

• Share daily/weekly/monthly performance reports with management.

• Highlight challenges and suggest strategies for improvement.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 3 - 6+ years of experience. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and life insurance experience is must
