Follow up with interested customers to close sales and maintain relationships.
Ensure high-quality customer service and positive customer experience during calls.
Coordinate with team leaders and other departments for smooth customer handling.
Stay updated about company products, offers, and sales processes.
Adhere to company policies, compliance standards, and calling scripts.
Prepare and submit daily sales and performance reports.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.
