Banking Executive

Job Summary : -

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele calling Executives to join our Bank Credit Card Lead Generation process. The role involves making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining the benefits of Bank credit cards, and generating qualified leads for sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities :-

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases or leads.

• Explain Bank credit card products, offers, and eligibility criteria clearly and confidently.

• Generate interest and qualify leads based on income, occupation, and spending profile.

• Schedule callbacks or appointments for verification or further sales discussion.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of all calls and customer interactions in CRM tools.

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation and call targets.

• Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines and maintain customer data confidentiality.

• Handle inbound queries related to credit cards and provide appropriate information.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

Key Skills & Competencies :-

1. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages a plus).

2. Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

3. Good understanding of financial products, especially credit cards.

4. Ability to work with targets and maintain high call quality.

5. Positive attitude, patience, and persistence in handling customer objections.

6. Basic computer and CRM handling skills.

Qualifications :-

Education :- Minimum 12th pass; Graduates preferred.

Experience :-

• 0–2 years of experience in tele calling, tele sales, or banking process preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

• Performance Metrics.

• Number of calls made per day.

• Number of leads generated and qualified.

• Lead-to-sale conversion ratio.

• Compliance and call quality scores.
