Job Description

Job Title: B2B Sales Executive (Inbound/Outbound Process)

Shift Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Salary upto: 20K

Job Role:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for the B2B sales process

  • Generate and manage leads effectively

  • Provide detailed information about job portal services to clients

  • Promote placement services and convert leads into business opportunities

  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Language Requirements:

Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi is mandatory

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass)

Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling/sales

Skills : Strong communication and convincing skills

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
