Position: Telesales Executive
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound & outbound calls for vehicle scrapping inquiries
Explain scrapping process, RC cancellation, deregistration, and benefits to customers
Generate leads and convert inquiries into successful closures
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers
Coordinate with operations team for smooth customer processing
Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM/software
Build strong customer relationships through professional communication
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Required Skills :
Excellent communication and convincing skills
Strong sales and negotiation abilities
Customer-focused approach with professional behavior
Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively
Basic understanding of automobile documents and processes
Good follow-up and relationship management skills
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM Tools)
