Automobile Sales Executive – Responsibilities
1. Customer Handling
Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable models/variants.
Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and finance/insurance options.
2. Sales Process
Conduct product demonstrations and test drives.
Negotiate price, discounts, and finalize deals as per company policy.
Prepare quotations, sales orders, and documentation.
3. Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (vehicles, accessories, insurance, loans).
Upsell/cross-sell related products like extended warranty, service packages, and accessories.
4. Follow-ups
Maintain regular contact with prospective buyers.
Follow up with customers for closing leads and post-sale relationship building.
5. Market & Customer Feedback
Stay updated with competitor pricing, offers, and market trends.
Collect customer feedback and share with management for service improvement.
