Job Summary
Taiso Fitness is seeking a data-driven and target-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support revenue generation, membership acquisition, and customer retention. The role requires strong expertise in sales operations, CRM management, lead conversion, pipeline management, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate will assist in executing sales strategies, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring the achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual membership sales plans aligned with business objectives.
Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to membership closure and post-sales engagement.
Drive membership acquisition through walk-ins, digital enquiries, outbound calling, referrals, corporate partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
Conduct structured sales consultations and facility presentations to prospective members.
Consistently achieve assigned revenue, conversion, and membership acquisition targets.
Maximize Average Revenue Per Member (ARPM) through cross-selling and upselling of personal training, nutrition plans, premium memberships, and ancillary services.
Lead & Pipeline Management
Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM software.
Qualify, prioritize, and nurture leads based on conversion potential.
Monitor key sales metrics including Lead-to-Visit Ratio, Visit-to-Conversion Ratio, Renewal Rate, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain SLA adherence for all enquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales documentation, and pipeline updates.
Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through corporate tie-ups, residential societies, educational institutions, healthcare partners, and local businesses.
Generate strategic referral networks and partnership opportunities.
Support local marketing initiatives to improve lead generation and brand visibility.
Assist in executing promotional campaigns and membership drives.
Customer Relationship Management
Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the member lifecycle.
Handle escalations, service recovery, and complaint resolution in accordance with company standards.
Improve customer retention through proactive engagement, renewal planning, and relationship management.
Monitor member satisfaction and implement corrective actions where required.
Team & Performance Support
Support the Sales Manager in supervising daily sales operations.
Coach and mentor Sales Executives on consultative selling, objection handling, CRM utilization, and closing techniques.
Monitor daily sales productivity and individual KPIs.
Assist in implementing sales SOPs and process improvements.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare Daily Sales Reports (DSR), Weekly Sales Reports (WSR), and Monthly Sales Reports (MSR).
Analyze sales trends, conversion performance, revenue generation, and lead sources.
Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, pricing guidelines, and documentation standards.
Ensure confidentiality of customer and business information.

Educational Qualification

Experience
1–10 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Membership Sales, Retail Sales, Banking, Insurance, Hospitality, Healthcare, Fitness, Wellness, or other service industries.
Demonstrated experience in consistently achieving sales targets and managing customer acquisition pipelines.
Prior experience in the fitness or wellness industry is preferred but not mandatory.
