Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager
Location: Indore (Palasia)
Experience: 3–6 Years
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Eligibility: Graduate and above
Gender Preference: Female

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Assign and align monthly sales targets to team members.
Monitor team performance and ensure timely achievement of individual and team targets.
Conduct regular follow-ups, reviews, and performance discussions with the team.
Develop sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve conversions.
Support the team in handling key clients and closing business opportunities.
Maintain sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and sales standards.

Required Skills:

Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in telesales, inside sales, or business development.
Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools.
