Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client AcquisitionIdentify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and site visits.Conduct property presentations and site tours for potential buyers.Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to finalize deals.2. Customer Relationship ManagementMaintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.Provide excellent customer service and follow up after sales.Manage customer queries and provide timely solutions.3. Market Research & ReportingStay updated on real estate trends, competitor offerings, and market pricing.Prepare and maintain sales reports, forecasts, and client databases.Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.4. Documentation & CoordinationAssist clients with legal documentation, agreements, and bank loan processes.Coordinate with marketing, operations, and legal teams for smooth transaction flow.Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related paperwork.
