Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls and guest queries during night hours.

• Manage online travel agency (OTA) inventory and availability via Staah Channel Manager or other systems as required.

• Respond to guest queries promptly, ensuring smooth check-ins and coordinating with the night operations team.

• Draft and send professional email proposals, ensuring accuracy in pricing and booking details.

• Provide effective resolution to guest concerns and ensure high satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate in any stream from a recognized institute.

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Self-driven, passionate, and customer-focused.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities during night hours.
