Admission Counselor – Roles & Responsibilities
1. Student Counseling
Guide students and parents about available courses, programs, eligibility, fees, and career opportunities.
Understand students' educational goals and recommend suitable courses.
Handle student queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
2. Admission & Enrollment
Convert interested students into enrolled students.
Explain the complete admission process and required documents.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely completion of admissions.
Maintain accurate student and admission records.
3. Revenue Generation
Generate revenue by achieving monthly admission/enrollment targets.
Convert leads into paid admissions.
Follow up with prospective students for fee payment and enrollment.
Upsell relevant courses or additional programs where appropriate.
