Job Objective: The Admission Counselor will be responsible for driving enrollments by engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the course selection and admission process. Roles and Responsibilities: • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and other channels. • Counsel prospective students about available courses and career opportunities. • Convert leads into enrollments by guiding them through the admission process. • Follow up with interested candidates and maintain strong relationships. • Address student queries and provide accurate course information. • Update CRM tools and track daily performance. • Work closely with internal teams to improve the admission process. Key Skills: • Strong sales experience (MANDATORY). • Excellent communication and convincing skills. • Hindi is mandatory. • Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
