Telesales Admission Counsellor

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for communicating with students who are interested in internships . You will understand their requirements, explain available programs, answer their questions, follow up with interested students, and assist them throughout the registration process.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with students regarding internships and programs.

• Explain internship programs, duration, eligibility, benefits, and other process clearly.

• Respond to student queries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.

• Follow up with students who have shown interest in internship programs.

• Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, and registrations.

• Convert interested leads into successful internship registrations.

• Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable internship programs.

• Coordinate with the internal team regarding student onboarding and registration.

• Maintain professional and positive communication with students and parents when required.

• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain proper lead status.

• Assist students with registration-related issues and basic documentation requirements.

• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly counselling and enrollment targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable speaking with students over the phone.

• Good Hindi and English communication skills.

• Confident, polite, and convincing personality.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools.

• Ability to handle multiple student queries and follow-ups.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Candidates with experience in admission counselling, telecalling, inside sales, education counselling, or student relationship management will be preferred.
