Telesales Admission Counsellor

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Admission Counselors to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, understanding their educational goals, explaining available online degree programs, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Explain online degree programs, eligibility criteria, course details, fee structures, and admission procedures.

• Counsel students and help them choose suitable courses based on their career goals.

• Follow up with interested candidates and convert inquiries into successful admissions.

• Assist students with application forms and required documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and follow-ups.

• Achieve assigned admission targets and contribute to team goals.

• Provide timely responses to student queries and maintain professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Sheets.

• Comfortable communicating with students over phone calls and WhatsApp.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively from home.

• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome.
