• Handle walk-ins, phone enquiries, and online leads to convert prospects into admissions.

• Conduct counselling sessions, presentations, and follow-up activities to enhance student engagement.

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions, enquiries, and admissions using college CRM or tracking tools.

• Assist during admission drives, seminars, college events, and orientation programs.

• Build strong relationships with students to ensure a positive academic experience.

• Coordinate with faculty, administration, and management to support student requirements.
