Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a Admission Counselor to join our team SODL Education. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

Handling counselling via multiple channels including telephone calls, chats emails

Handling Admission seekers for the courses offered by the university

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Essential for interacting with students, families, and other stakeholders. 

• Excellent Organizational and Time Management Skills: Needed to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. 

• Knowledge of Admissions Procedures and Requirements: A deep understanding of the admissions process and related policies. 

• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: Counselors need to be self-motivated while also collaborating with colleagues. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Often required for record-keeping and communication. 

• Bachelor's Degree: Typically required, often in education, counselling

• Experience in Admissions or Counseling: Previous experience in a similar role can be beneficial.
