Admission Counsellor

We are seeking an enthusiastic Admission counselor to bring their Education Industry expertise to our team atTalent Hub Training Institute in Kolkata, Tollygunge. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing cold calls to attract new clients, and checking in with current customers to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers 15k-20k in a supportive and dynamic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide information to customers on our products/services to generate interest.

• Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.

• Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.

• Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.

• Meet sales goals each week, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.

• Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.

Job Requirements:

The candidate should bring 6 months -2Yrs years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Bengali & Hindi. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days a week during the 9am-6pm day shift.
