We are seeking an enthusiastic Admission Counsellor to bring their B2C Sales expertise to our team at Samyak Computer Classes in Ahmedabad, Bopal. This position involves managing both inbound and outbound communication, performing convincing skills to convert prospective leads into admissions, and checking in with current enrollments to maintain a strong connection with them. The role offers ₹18000 - ₹40000 in a supportive and dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide information to prospective leads on our products/services to generate interest.
Follow a script to engage with customers to improve the chance of closing sales.
Record customer data, purchase details, and reactions for easy reference and future communication.
Develop a rapport with clients by addressing their questions and engaging with a customer-first approach.
Maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance guidelines.
Analyze customer feedback and trends to enhance future sales efforts.
Job Requirements:
The candidate should bring 0.5 - 6+ years of experience and demonstrate proficiency in Hindi, Gujarati & English. Handle customer issues, provide needed information, and escalate when necessary. A Graduate is required, with a commitment to working 6 days working during the Day shift.
