*Job description - Admission Counsellor*

The Admission Counselor will play a crucial role in managing and executing the admissions process .

This position requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who will work closely with the Centre Head to ensure seamless admissions operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving walk-ins, managing inquiries, and implementing marketing strategies to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of the admissions process for existing and new branches, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for prospective students and their families.

• Collaborate with the Centre Head to strategize and execute plans to increase admissions.

• Engage with potential parents through various channels, including walk-ins, phone calls, emails, and social media.

• Develop and implement marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to attract prospective students and increase brand visibility.

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries and follow up with prospective students to convert leads into admissions.

• Meet and exceed admission targets, offering personalized guidance and information to prospective students.

• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

*• Should be ok with canopy and other marketing work*

Job timings – 9 am to 6 pm/ 10 am to 7 pm , six days working

Targets and Incentives:

Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

Incentives will be provided based on meeting and exceeding targets, with additional bonuses for exceptional performance.
