Job Responsibilities:
Counsel students for MBA & PGDM courses
Handle inbound & outbound calls from leads
Explain course details, eligibility, fees, and admission process
Convert enquiries into successful admissions
Follow up with interested students regularly
Maintain student data and admission records
Coordinate with the admission and academic team
Achieve monthly admission targets

Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
1–5 years of experience in education counselling / admissions

Skills Required:
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Convincing and counselling skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM preferred)
