Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Admission Counselor to guide prospective students, understand their requirements, and convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Counsel students and parents regarding courses, programs, and admission processes.
Follow up with prospective students and maintain regular communication.
Achieve admission/enrollment and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-ups.
Coordinate with the academic/admission team for smooth enrollment.
Build strong relationships with students and parents.
Requirements
6 months–6 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Education Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or BPO.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups effectively.
