Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree.

Proven experience as a counselor (educational, career, or psychological counseling preferred).

Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).

Excellent listening, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
