Telesales Admission Counsellor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for counselling students and parents regarding various medical and healthcare-related courses and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

Contact students and parents through outbound calls and generate admission enquiries.

Counsel students regarding suitable medical and healthcare courses.

Explain course details, eligibility, admission process, fees and career opportunities.

Follow up regularly with interested students and parents.

Convert leads into successful admissions by providing proper counselling and guidance.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and admissions in CRM/Excel.

Achieve assigned monthly admission and calling targets.

Build good relationships with students and parents.

Coordinate with the admission and management team for smooth completion of the admission process.

Required Skills

1–5 years of experience in Admission Counselling, Telecalling, Education Sales or a related field.

Excellent communication and convincing skills.

Good Hindi and basic English communication.

Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage.

Candidates with experience in the medical/education sector will be preferred.
