Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a Admission Counsellor to join our team at Mrwebsecure Infosolutions Private Limited. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹20000 - ₹35000 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents about courses, curriculum, career prospects, fees, and admission procedures

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries

• Convert leads into successful admissions

• Maintain accurate records of student interactions in CRM or Excel

• Follow up with interested candidates via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for batch allocation

• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to revenue growth

• Resolve student queries and concerns in a professional manner

• Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional events if required

• Ensure a positive and trustworthy counseling experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools)

• Ability to work with targets and deadlines

• Problem-solving and customer-handling skills
