Job Description: Admission Counselor cum TelecallerPrimary Responsibilities:Lead Management: Call prospective students who have inquired about nursing courses (B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, Post-Basic, etc.).Academic Counseling: Explain the curriculum, career prospects in nursing, and the specific advantages of joining Kanika's Nursing Academy.Admission Conversion: Handle the end-to-end admission process, from the first call to document submission and fee payment.Follow-ups: Maintain a database and perform regular follow-ups with interested candidates.Key Requirements:Education: Graduate in any stream (knowledge of the medical/nursing field is a huge plus).Skills: Exceptional convincing power, fluency in local languages and English, and basic computer proficiency (MS Excel/CRM).Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling or educational counseling preferred.Interview Questions for CandidatesTo ensure you hire someone who can represent your academy professionally, consider asking these questions:Industry Knowledge: "What do you know about the nursing profession in India today?
