• Handle inbound and outbound calls for course inquiries

• Counsel prospective students for professional banking courses

• Provide detailed course information and convert leads into admissions

• Maintain follow-ups and achieve admission targets

Key Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills

• Pleasant and confident personality

• Background in telesales or counselling preferred

Working Days: 5.5 days a week
