Job Title: Telesales Executive (Female)

Location: Indirapuram, Ghaziabad

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads

• Promote products/services and generate sales over the phone

• Maintain customer database and update CRM with call details

• Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only

• Language: Good communication skills in English

• Basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email, CRM entry)

• Positive attitude and confident telephone etiquette

• Ability to work in a team and handle pressure

• Prior telesales or customer service experience is a plus
