Hello candidates,

We have urgent requirement of Admission Counselor for Mohali location.

Experience required - 1 year in sales (mandatory).

Qualification - Any Graduate with good English.

Salary- 15 to 30 k / per month+ incentive.

ROLE

Interact with the students and counsel them/ their parents to help identify the right program/ course, guide

them through the Institute admission process such that they are able to get admission into a course that best

matches their performance, potential and preferences. Contribute in office administration and counselling

activities of new enrolments in the Institute.

DELIVERABLES

Effective counseling for Enrolment of Prospective Students.

Customer Relationship Management and data management.

Learning and Development

Handling Visits and Offline queries

KEY RESULT AREAS

Effective counselling for Enrolment of Prospective Students

a. Increase student enrolment in programs offered by the institute by following sales marketing

process.

b. Career counselling for prospective learners to ensure Sales.

c. Tele-Counseling and follow-up on database generated through structured campaigns.

d. Attending calls - Receiving, and responding, as pleasantly as possible while trying to provide full

information, and support to the students, parents and channel partners.

e. Effective handling and use of CRM and ERP system.
