Role Summary:

As an Admission Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding prospective parents and students through the admissions process, answering queries, organizing campus tours, and supporting enrollment efforts. You will play a vital role in shaping the first impression of our school and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new families.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to admission inquiries via phone, email, walk-ins, and school events.

Counsel parents and students on curriculum, school values, facilities, and academic structure.

Schedule and conduct campus tours for prospective families.

Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

Coordinate with academic and administrative staff for assessments and interviews.

Assist in organizing open houses, admission drives, and promotional events.

Provide timely updates to prospective families throughout the admission process.

Follow up with leads regularly to ensure maximum conversion.

Contribute to marketing campaigns and social media engagement related to admissions.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education or communications preferred).

1–3 years of experience in admissions, counseling, front office, or customer service roles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

Confident, approachable, and student-friendly demeanour.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Familiarity with school management systems or CRM tools is an advantage.
