Tele counsellor – Domestic Process

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 (In-hand)

Frankfinn is looking for energetic and confident Tele counsellors who can connect with students over calls and guide them about career opportunities in aviation, hospitality, and customer service industries.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to interested candidates.
Explain course details and career opportunities.
Generate and qualify leads.
Convince and schedule students for counselling.
Maintain call records and follow-ups.

Eligibility

Minimum 12th pass (graduates preferred).
6 months to 8 years experience in:
- Tele calling
- Tele sales
- Lead generation
Good communication in Hindi and English.

Work Details

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Sunday: Fixed off
